Here's a quick sketch, I've been really trying to work on anatomy and proper muscle structure. I know what I have here isn't totally right and Ill post more up tomorrow showing other angles I just thought I'd toss this up before I went to sleep.

Thought I'd toss this guy up here, I've been messing around on my lunches trying to do more realistic skin. I'm gonna probably replace it with fibermesh since it looks like it can be
pretty awesome.

 I've recently been working on adding more hard surface modelling to my portfolio. I loved the concept art that was done for Elysium. The Concept I worked off of was from Ben Mauro he's a total badass. I spent last night trying to get some decent renders from Keyshot, I really need a new PC It took forever to get something to work with lol.

Here are a couple renders of my final high poly mesh. I'm working on the low now I'll post more when I have baked it down and have something cool to show.

I was able to finished up the wall texture last night. My next one will have a cleaner look to it. I'm pretty happy with the way it turn out. :)

I also added the Diffuse flat below as well.

I Haven't  updated this in a while,  here is a small weekend thing I did. I've been watching a lot of stuff on different techniques in Zbrush for hard-surface modelling here is a quick sketch of what I had done. I need to work on the texture a bit more Ill update it tomorrow :)

I did a quick screen grab in keyshot of the Alien sketch, I don't think it was fully rendered out though my computer is slow and old as hell.

I also started on a Dwarf sketch that so I should be updating soon with that. I found the concept on CGhub here is a link to the artists work he is a badass.

Calling this done, my first real attempt poly-painting. I'll probably render it in keyshot as well just to see how it looks. I've already started on my next bust I'll be posting it soon!!

    I've recently been working on this I wanted to try my hand something more then just hands or feet. I'm going to be painting it here tonight, I have only really quickly messed around with polypaint so It should be a fun experiment.  Hopefully it turns out well, I'll post an update asap.

 I finished this sketch up last week, I had forgotten about throwing up on here. I worked on it on my lunches at work. I really like doing these quick sketches I feel like its really helping my overall speed creating forms.

Ive been refining the armor and messing with Keyshot for rendering.  So far Keyshot seems pretty awesome.

Update... finally! I've added the hair along with the torso. I had some troubles with the hair but I'm happy with were it is right now. I've also been messing with the face a lot I think its at a good place now.

The torso is going to be an experiment for me as I'm going to be making all the basic shapes in Zbrush and then re-doing the mesh in Topogun. 

Hopefully it turns out , will update more soon.

Trying to figure out the hair (Tendrils), here is what I have so far. 

They are all the same mesh I'm just going to reshape and make a more organic shape of them now that I have them in Zbrush. Fixed a bunch of problems with the face and figured out the hair a little, I think (still testing deferent things in maya out).

Kerrigan Fan Art!



First Post!!! :)

I'm a huge fan of Starcraft and being an aspiring character artist I figured it would be a good challenge to try and recreate Kerrigan as my first female character. All I have to do is make sure she doesn't look like a mutant lol. I'll be making the hybrid version, where she is human but with the tendrils for hair.

I did a little paint over to try and work out features and to just try and make her look prettier. Left side is the revised one.
 This is the first I can show of her because anything before this looked silly.
